![]() Given the short time frame before the beginning of the IB exams, it was really helpful to not have to write and compile personal notes for the many topics within Econs. Furthermore, he had resources prepared for us to supplement our learning. I realised that him, having taken IB himself, and the recency of it meant that he was extremely familiar and adept with the subject, and more importantly, he knew how to approach answering an exam question with adequate efficiency to maximise the marks attained whilst managing time. My tutor was able to find the balance between friendliness and familiarity with the intensity and rigour of teaching, and always kept us students in mind, asking whether his pace was appropriate for our understanding.
